This system is the sole and exclusive property of Parsons and is subject to US federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By using this system, you acknowledge consent to all conditions outlined herein. Parsons respects every person’s privacy and will protect their personal information as defined in our privacy policies and procedures, and all applicable laws and regulations. However, such privacy does not exempt users of this system from compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements and applicable Parsons’ information security policies and procedures. Use of Parsons’ systems will be monitored, may be recorded, and is subject to audit to the degree necessary to assure compliance with information security requirements. At any time, Parsons’ assets, including approved personal devices used for Parsons’ business, may be retrieved and contents viewed for investigation purposes, such as to find lost messages, to comply with legal request, or to recover from system failure. Unauthorized use of this system is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination, and/or civil or criminal penalties.

Use of this system can also be subject to requirements associated with certain types of information, such as Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and/or Export Controlled Information (ECI), which may be subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
